Collection and storage of personal data

ATIX collects and stores personal data for the following purposes only:

  • Customer identification
  • Appropriate customer advice
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations
  • Fulfilling legal obligations
  • Correspondence with customers, partners and interested parties
  • Accounting or reminder
  • Permitted direct mail
  • Assertion of any claims

The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of inquiries with us and is necessary for these purposes for processing orders and for fulfilling obligations under the underlying contracts.

The personal data collected will be stored and then deleted until the expiration of the statutory retention obligation for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated). This does not, exceptionally, apply if we are obliged to store for longer due to tax or commercial retention obligations (under HGB, StGB or AO) or if the rights holders have consented to a storage that goes beyond that.

Transfer of data to third parties

As a matter of principle, there is no transfer of personal data to third parties. Exceptions to this apply only to the extent necessary for the settlement of contractual relationships. This includes in particular the transfer to service providers (so-called processors) or other third parties whose activities are required for the execution of the contract (e.g. shipping companies or banks). The data passed on may be used by third parties solely for the aforementioned purposes.

Your rights as an affected person

You as a data processor are subject to different rights:

  • Right of revocation: You can revoke any consent you have given to us at any time. The data processing, which is based on the revoked consent, may then no longer be carried forward.
