Istio Training

In our Istio Training, participants learn the basics of the Istio service mesh in Kubernetes. During the course of the training, they will find out about the differences between native distribution and applications that are integrated in a mesh. They will also build their own service mesh. The training consist of a presentation and practical exercises that are based on one another and extend the service mesh after each theoretical part. After completing this course, participants will be able to create service meshes with Istio.

Overview

This course is intended for participants who already have experience with applications in Kubernetes and are interested in the integration into a service mesh system.

After an introduction into natively operated microservices in Kubernetes and service mesh systems, Istio is examined in detail and a service mesh is built in Kubernetes with practical exercises.
