Partner Manager (m/f/d)

In order to drive our international expansion, we are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to support our sales partners and build new strategic partnerships on a global level.

Tasks

  • Carrying out market research to identify potential partners.
  • Approaching potential partners and presenting our product portfolio.
  • Negotiation and closing of partnership agreements.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing sales partners.
  • Support in the development of sales strategies and marketing activities.
  • Regular communication with partners
  • Organization of training courses for partners to deepen product knowledge.
  • Identification of growth opportunities and implementation of appropriate measures.
  • Documentation of sales activities and results.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in partner management or sales, ideally in the IT sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of software sales and IT solutions.
  • Understanding of international market conditions and cultural differences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Ability to present technical concepts in an understandable way.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Proactive approach with a strong focus on results and target achievement.
