Tasks

Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware-based server systems including OS and applications
Installation, configuration and maintenance of virtual server systems including OS and applications on common virtualization platforms
Configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure
Maintenance of the employees’ technical infrastructure
Processing technical inquiries from employees

Anforderungen

In-depth knowledge of Linux Server incl. common server/network applications (LAMPP stack, Nginx, Squid, Haproxy, …)
In-depth knowledge of virtualization in the data center (Vmware, Proxmox, …)
Knowledge of network administration (firewall, VLAN, routing)
Knowledge of desktop Linux/Windows/Mac OS and common office application software
Enjoy dealing with people
Good command of spoken and written German and English
Place of work is 85748 Garching near Munich
Hybrid way of working (“home office”/Garching) is possible
