ATIX is a member of the Bavaria-wide initiative “Familienpakt Bayern”

Since 2023, ATIX has been a member of the Bavaria-wide initiative “Familienpakt Bayern.”

With the “Familienpakt Bayern” (Bavarian Family Pact), which was launched in 2015, the Bavarian State Government, the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce (BIHK), and the Association of Bavarian Industry and Commerce (vbw) are pursuing the goal of making the issue of work-life balance a priority for companies. Bavarian employers can get new impulses, specialist information, and practical assistance to improve their internal family-friendliness. In addition, the Familienpakt Bayern enables companies to network with each other and exchange information about the challenges of a family-friendly personnel policy.
