Exploring orcharhino: The Ultimate Data-center Management Solution

One of the highlights of CrewDay was our workshop on SSL certificates and orcharhino. Do you know what orcharhino is? For those unfamiliar, orcharhino is an exceptional solution for orchestrating data centers. In the workshop, we discussed how orcharhino utilizes SSL-Certificates and GPG-Keys to make Host- and Content-Management secure. We started with a short introduction to encryption and authenticity mechanisms in general. From there went right into SSL-Certificates and their usage in orcharhino. The emphasis there is on how to analyze possible configuration issues. Finally, we also reviewed how orcharhino verifies upstream content repositories’ cryptographic-signatures and the way orcharhino ensures the authenticity and security of content being transferred from the server via the proxy to the managed systems.

Some More Workshops: Workflows, AI Support, and HubSpot

In addition to the orcharhino workshop, our CrewDay featured sessions on various topics that are crucial to our continuous improvement and advancement. We explored workflows, delving into best practices and strategies to enhance our internal processes and boost productivity. A key discussion point was the comparison of home office and in-office work, where we examined the pros and cons of each, aiming to find the best balance for our team. We also looked at innovative methods for an efficient and effective working environment.

Our team also investigated the potential of AI in the support sector and explored how artificial intelligence could impact our support services and make them more responsive and efficient. In the workshop, we built an AI application that combines subject-specific knowledge with generative AI using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). As an application example, we have had the application analyze Foreman’s documentation, on the basis of which it can then answer technical questions. This allows the documentation to be automatically searched, questioned and explained. The application can now offer our support team a quick start for problem solving. We also plan to use similar techniques internally for more efficient familiarization with new topics, as complete technical documentation can be analyzed in just a few minutes.

We also ran a workshop on HubSpot, exploring advanced techniques and tools for using this powerful CRM platform for better customer relationship management and marketing automation. In particular, we talked about HubSpot Scoring, a feature that helps us prioritize leads and improve our sales strategies.
