Terms and Conditions
The following regulations are valid for all ATIX trainings.
The trainings take place online. We offer in-person trainings on request: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our trainings are intended for three to eight participants. In case of less than three registrations, we reserve the right to cancel the training up to two weeks beforehand.
To cancel their registration, participants must adhere to the following deadlines:
- Cancelling participation up to six weeks before the training date is free of charge.
- In case of cancellation up to four weeks before the event date, 50% of the costs will be charged.
- In case of cancellation up to four weeks before the event date, 80% of the costs will be charged.
- In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full price will be charged.

A new European data protection regulation came into effect on May 25, 2018. The following applies for particpants of ATIX trainings:
The personal data collected by ATIX is solely for the purpose of providing participants with information about the upcoming training. The saved data will only be documented internally and will not be passed on to third parties.
By clicking on the button “Register,” participants agree to the ATIX internal use of their data.
The legal basis for this is the consent of the participants in accordance with Art. 6 I a) and 7 EU-DSGVO as well as § 7 II No. 3 UWG.
