OpenShift

Red Hat OpenShift is an established platform in software development and container orchestration. Much of the tool is based on the open source Kubernetes project, which is considered the industry standard for container orchestration. Red Hat OpenShift can be used on-premises and in the cloud and therefore falls into the category of hybrid container platforms. OpenShift comes with a range of infrastructure applications and security features from the house, which make it easier to manage and operate the container cluster. Another focus of OpenShift is in numerous developer tools that enable faster delivery of software. With the integrated source-to-image pipeline and prefabricated basic images, software can be easily packed into a container image.
