Our handling of the Corona pandemic received particular notice this year. We have been working almost completely remotely since March 2020. Nevertheless, we manage to maintain team spirit through numerous joint virtual activities such as “virtual breakfasts” ,remote “crew days” or group online yoga sessions. In 2019 and 2020, we were recognized for our “Better Coding” and “Employee Surveys” initiatives as well as the provision of sustainable food in the workplace. As part of “Better Coding”, the ATIX crew meets on a voluntary basis to improve our coding style together. The company provides rooms, infrastructure, and snacks. Through regular employee surveys, the entire team is actively involved in the design of business processes. Thus, we all work together for the benefit of the company. ATIX offers free drinks and fruit at the workplace. We pay careful attention to sustainable and organic products. This includes coffee from fair organic farming, milk and fruit from regional organic farms as well as the treatment of drinking water directly at our company. This helps us avoid plastic waste. We also promote our employees’ fitness by supporting visits to the gym and providing them with their own company bike.
