Overview

After completing the course, participants will be able to use containers productively with Docker and Podman, the two most popular container management tools.They will be able to build and configure images, manage containers, orchestrate them with Docker-Compose, set them up as a systemd service, and much more. You will create the necessary infrastructure yourself in the course in the form of container services.

  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Navigating on the command line
  • Installing packages
  • Advantageous:
    • Management of processes and rights
    • Understanding of the operation of distributed applications
    • Basic knowledge of version management systems (Git)
