Tasks

  • Consulting our customers in the fields of Enterprise Linux, high-availability clusters, monitoring, and data center automation
  • Carrying out independent projects with our customers (planning and implementation)
  • Creation of documentation
  • Helping the Support Teams during and after consulting projects
  • Supporting customers in the presales phase together with the Sales Team

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Linux servers (RHEL and SLES)
  • Broad knowledge of Docker, Foreman, and Katello
  • Confidence when working with Linux cluster and system management
  • Knowledge in Bash and Python
  • Very assertive and friendly demeanor
  • Several years of working experience in IT, ideally including customer interaction
  • Independent identification of arising tasks and reliable completion
  • Experience with various enterprise storage technologies desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
