What is the webinar about?
Ansible is a command line tool for system configuration using YAML files. The open source project AWX, which is based on it, offers more extensive options, such as a GUI for scheduling jobs and rights management. Particularly in large organizations AWX is used.
Among other things, AWX can pull Ansible code from GitLab and then synchronize it into an AWX project. GitLab is an open-source version control platform, which is particularly popular in the field of DevOps and DevSecOps.
After an introduction to AWX, in this webinar I want to talk specifically about working with GitLab. In particular, I will show how AWX can work with webhooks so that Ansible jobs start automatically after each push event in GitLab.
