Your tasks

As a 2nd level specialist, you work hand-in-hand with the IT departments of our customers and ensure that no question concerning orcharhino remains unanswered and no problem unsolved. You will also ensure that our orcharhino quality assurance systems and other application infrastructure are always comfortable and working properly in our data centers.

General requirements

  • You are a team player and have strong communication skills
  • Learning new things doesn’t scare you. You see it as a challenge to overcome.
  • You have a technical training degree or are an experienced career changer
  • You already have professional experience in the IT industry
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Your residence is in Germany

Technical requirements

  • You have a very good technical expertise
  • You have strong background in Linux server systems, their standard applications (web servers, database systems, command line tools) and network topics in general.
  • You have basic programming skills with Ruby or Python
  • Ideally you already have experience with community based or vendor Linux based automation and deployment tools
