ATIX is a member of the Bavaria-wide initiative "Familienpakt Bayern"

ATIX has been a member of the Bavaria-wide initiative “Familienpakt Bayern” since 2023. With the “Bavarian Family Pact”, which was launched in 2015, the Bavarian State Government, the Bavarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BIHK), the vbw – Association of the Bavarian Economy and the Bavarian Crafts Association (BHT) are pursuing the goal of sharpening the future topic of reconciling family and career in the entrepreneurial perception. Bavarian employers can get new impulses, specialist information, and practical assistance to improve their internal family-friendliness. In addition, the Familienpakt Bayern enables companies to network with each other and exchange information about the challenges of a family-friendly personnel policy.
