Environment and social affairs
As far as possible, ATIX avoids the unnecessary use of paper and other avoidable resources. We receive food and drinks for employees in returnable packaging as far as possible. We promote the use of public transport for employees’ journeys by locating the branch in the direct vicinity of public transport and CO2-neutral travel by promoting company bicycles and making bicycle parking spaces available. We promote the use of renewable resources.
ATIX does without the usual industry attention for customers and suppliers during the holidays and donates the saved budget for selected social projects. As a special project we support projects around the rhinoceros by helping to train rangers. Why? Because Rhino is the mascot of our product orcharhino.
Compliance and contact
The ATIX Code of Conduct is intended as a positive guideline for good cooperation and is strongly based on generally accepted standards. Nevertheless, individual agreements may not be honoured. Whether this happens intentionally or unintentionally does not matter.
In this case, any employee who becomes aware of such non-compliance has the right and duty to ensure compliance with the agreements. He can communicate this directly (e.g. from colleague to colleague) or he can contact his head of department or the management directly.
Changes and additions to The Book will be openly communicated. Remedied non-compliances are also communicated openly if, on the one hand, this does not undermine the personality rights of the person concerned and, on the other hand, it is to be expected that further non-compliances will be prevented as a result, e.g. because the non-compliance is presumably due to accidental ignorance of a legal situation/… could probably happen to the next employee.
