To expand our business operations, we are looking for highly motivated employees (m/f/d) for our support and operations team. The team handles technical support requests from our customers regarding our product orcharhino in German and English, via telephone, e-mail and web services as well as via remote maintenance directly on the affected systems on site.

Tasks

You work closely with our customers’ IT departments as a 2nd-level support specialist
You support our customers with all questions related to orcharhino
You analyze technical issues and ensure they are resolved reliably
You make sure that no customer request remains unanswered
You maintain and support our orcharhino quality assurance systems
You ensure that our application infrastructure in the data centers runs smoothly and reliably
You contribute to keeping our systems stable, available, and dependable at all times

Requirements

You have a technical training degree or are an experienced career changer
You have good knowledge of Linux server systems, their standard applications such as web servers, database systems, and command-line tools, as well as networking topics in general
You are a team player and have strong communication skills
Learning new things does not discourage you; instead, you see it as a challenge
You already have professional experience in the IT industry and possess excellent technical expertise
Ideally, you already have experience with community-based or vendor-specific Linux-based automation and deployment tools
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
Your residence is in Germany
